We give to help students find their individual voice
With two Bertschi graduates and one daughter currently in the fourth grade, we know the great lengths their teachers go through to reach kids on their own terms. They help them to discover and follow their interests, and to find their own voices to become confident and successful students. Giving to Bertschi each year allows us to go from "good" to "great." We give to Bertschi because we know how much our family has benefited, and how our kids have grown to become courageous learners.

We give to encourage joyful learning
My two sons attended Bertschi School in '78-'79, and they never forgot their many experiences there. Our family's ties to Bertschi have come full circle, as my grandson is now in the second grade and his mother also teaches Spanish here. I've seen the deep joy of learning and discovery that all Bertschi kids share, and this is why I support the school's style of hands-on, compassionate and creative education. As I know with my grandson, there's no greater gift a child can give a family than loving to go to school.
