The Extended Day Program provides Bertschi families quality programs before and after school.

The Extended Day Enrichment Teachers and Program Director are trained, experienced professionals with a strong commitment to working with children. The Extended Day Program offers a balance of structured and free choice activities for each child. Enrichment activities such as art, sports and recreation, drama, and science are planned each day. The Homework Center provides students support in a quiet, small group setting in the school library. Staff assists students as they review and complete classroom assignments, helping them develop good study skills.

Extended Day programming is available before and after school as well as on Early Dismissal and No School days. Families can use the program on a drop-in basis or contract for the entire year.
